Before you become a full-fledged staff member, you need to prove yourself. There are 3 steps before you're considered a moderator at River City Roleplay.
1, Application
2, Quiz
3, Ride Along
You've already passed this stage. This is the application that you need to submit to become a trainee. It consists of general quiz and informational questions.
After the application, you must pass a quiz. You must score 85% or above to pass. The quiz will ensure you are familiar with the handbook and allow you to pass onto the next step. You will have 3 attempts to pass the quiz. If you fail to pass the quiz 3 times you will be disqualified from the staff team, and you'll have to retake the application if you wish to try again.
After passing the Quiz, you gain the ability to moderate. However, you must prove adequately to be able to moderate on your own. You will have a moderation shift with a certified admin+ (admin+ with the 'Training Permissions' role in the Discord server). Your trainer will monitor your driving performance, ability to handle mod scenes, knowledge of server rules, knowledge of general procedures, and SPaG (spelling, punctuation, and grammar). You must score 85% or above to pass. You will have 3 attempts to pass the Ride Along. If you fail to pass the Ride Along 3 times you will have to retake the quiz.
After passing all 3 stages, you will have the ability to moderate without needing supervision from a higher up. You will be promoted to the Trial Moderator rank and will no longer be 'pending training'.
